Change the Lenz program is designed to encourage sexual integrity for youth by identifying and challenging teens to consider the future impact of their choices.  Our youth are growing up in a culture that is sending confusing images about sexuality.  The media promotes a lifestyle of casual sex being harmless and normal.  Our schools are putting the focus on teaching birth control and safer sex, yet often ignore teaching self control and safest sex. 

Change the Lenz wants to share the truth about the decisions that our youth are facing and equip them to make an informed decision.

Designer Originalz is a healthy self-worth and life relationships program designed for girls in grades 7and 8. LIFE IS RELATIONSHIP. Relationships come in all shapes and sizes; parents, siblings, friends and dating…to name a few. Do you know what healthy relationships look like? Do you know what respect is? Do you respect yourself enough to make sure you do know? Designer Originalz  is intended to educate and equip young women to navigate their life relationships in a healthy way and build much needed self-worth in our young women.

The Pregnancy & Resource Centre has been informing and educating youth in regard to the risks and responsibilities of choosing to be sexually active. We encourage healthy and responsible choices for preventing unplanned pregnancy, sexually transmitted infections and reducing the emotional impact that sexual relationships may have on our youth. Our presentation challenges youth to think about their choices and the possible consequences of being sexually active.

Our presentations meet the requirements of the Ontario Curriculum for Health and Physical Education.
